Release notes
An in-product changelog, shipped with the code it describes.
Firms only adopt features they know exist. The changelog lives inside the product and is written as part of the deploy that changes things, which means the note and the change cannot reach production separately, and a release cannot quietly go out undocumented.
How it works
- Release notes held as content shipped with the code rather than as per-firm rows
- Readable in the app by staff, with new entries surfaced rather than buried
