Assessments
Structured review cycles with dimensions, questions and evidence, not a free-text form.
Assessments are the qualitative half of the review process, kept structured so that answers can be compared across people and across periods instead of being read one at a time.
Acknowledgement is tracked separately from submission, because the question of whether somebody saw their assessment is a different question from whether it was written.
Templates
- Dimensions, each holding its own questions
- Typed inputs and response types, so answers are comparable
Cycles
- Assignments per assessment period, with their own status
- Submissions and acknowledgements tracked separately
- Evidence attached to individual responses
- An audit log covering the cycle
