CPD obligations are the kind of thing a firm discovers it cannot evidence at exactly the wrong moment. Plans, assignments and the evidence behind them live together, so the record exists before anyone asks for it.
Some courses ship with the platform as content rather than as rows in each firm's database. A firm's plan item holds only a reference, and the lessons are read at request time. Correcting a course therefore means correcting it once, not running a data migration across every tenant and hoping no copy had been edited by hand.
